New Release | Drive Me Wild by Carly Robyn

After being totally obsessed with Blake and Ella in Drive Me Crazy, I was so excited to dive into Theo and Josie’s story and it definitely lived up to how incredible the first book was. From the first page, I was hooked on their friends to friends with benefits to lovers dynamic and had so much fun following their steamy workplace romance.

For all the singing she does in this book, Josie deserves a grammy! I loved her quirky need to sing in every situation, it added such a cute soundtrack to the book that was such a fun nod to incredible songs in pop culture. I was surprised that I knew every single song Josie sang and it made for such a fun experience hearing them in my head while reading.

Following Josie on her incredible journey of discovering herself was so inspiring. Every time I read a Carly Robyn book I go on a new job hunt, and Josie’s creativity in her freelance work was so much fun to read about! I don’t want to spoil anything, but I was definitely drooling through it all.

Theo’s chapters were ones I looked forward to because he’s such a heartthrob. I was so enchanted by his grand romantic gestures and his heartfelt declarations of love. The way he allowed himself to be vulnerable with Josie was so swoon-worthy, and his jokes always had me in stitches. I adored how much he cared for Josie and found myself kicking my feet and squealing at his jealous side.

I had so much fun reading this book! I especially enjoyed the Formula 1 aspect and the craziness of silly season. There were so many different subplots happening in this book and the world-building is incredible which made for such an immersive reading experience. I could honestly talk for hours about how much I loved every single part of this book.

Five out of five stars.
